Willard G. McAndrew III – Managing Partner

Mr. McAndrew has over 53 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including roles in field operations, refining, and executive leadership. A former COO and Director at Torchlight Energy (NASDAQ: TRCH), he has led hundreds of drilling and recompletion projects, developed large multi-well programs, and managed over 200 miles of gas gathering pipelines. A proud LSU alum and U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Mr. McAndrew is a fourth-generation oil and gas professional from Exxon heritage.

Roger Wurtele – Chief Financial Officer

A seasoned energy finance executive, Mr. Wurtele has served as CFO for multiple public and private oil and gas companies. With a 40-year CPA designation, he brings expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and executive operations. His leadership spans roles at Torchlight Energy, Xtreme Oil & Gas, and real estate development firm Lang and Company.

Christopher Guidry – Geologist

Mr. Guidry brings over 20 years of oil and gas exploration and development experience, with a strong focus on conventional and unconventional assets across the Gulf of Mexico (GOM) and U.S. onshore basins. He has generated multi-million barrel projects, revitalized mature fields, and booked more than 80 BCF in new gas reserves. Mr. Guidry holds geology degrees from the University of Louisiana and a Professional Geologist license from Louisiana.

Anna Belfi – Accounting Department

Anna Belfi is the Founder and Owner of Chainhand Financial, LLC, bringing over 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Based in Texas, Anna has built her career around delivering accurate, compliant, and industry-specific accounting solutions for oil and gas operators, mineral owners, and energy companies. Her expertise includes oil and gas bookkeeping, revenue accounting, joint interest billing, royalty accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support. With a strong focus on process improvement and financial accuracy, Anna helps clients streamline operations, reduce risk, and make informed business decisions. Through Chainhand Financial, she serves as a trusted accounting partner.

Mark Crawford – Geologist

Mr. Crawford has 37 years of experience in the oil and gas industry as an Independent Consulting Geologist working for a number of Petroleum companies in Kansas and Oklahoma. His geological studies on one Kansas project resulted in a discovery of 30 Million BO. Mr. Crawford also assembled 100,000 acres in Kansas for a low BTU Gas Project that resulted in a sale to raise $45 million. Previous to that he spent 4 years working for Texaco USA on the Gulf Coast as a District Geologist responsible for numerous projects including the Hackberry Sand discovery with Gulf Oil. Mark has both a BS and a MS in Geology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
